Ennote vs Infisical | Compare Enterprise Secret Management

Comparison Guide
Infisical is open.
Ennote is hardened.

Infisical is a great general-purpose secret manager for startups. But when you need instant Kubernetes synchronization, Post-Quantum cryptography, and a strict Zero-Persistence architecture, you need Ennote.

Polling vs. Streaming

Infisical syncs secrets to your clusters using a Kubernetes Operator that relies on API polling intervals. This introduces latency between a secret updating and your application receiving it.

Ennote pushes in real-time. Our Native Kubernetes Agent uses an outbound gRPC stream. When a secret changes, it is pushed to your cluster instantly (< 1s latency) and triggers automated rolling restarts, ensuring zero configuration drift.

Post-Quantum Defense

Infisical relies on standard AES-GCM cryptography. While highly secure for today's threats, it does not offer protection against emerging "Harvest Now, Decrypt Later" quantum attacks.

Ennote is Quantum-Resistant. We implement a hybrid cryptosystem, layering NIST Kyber-1024 over AES-256-GCM. We go beyond "standard E2EE" to ensure your infrastructure secrets remain mathematically secure for decades.

Choose Architecture over Hype.

If you need a simple Open Source tool, choose Infisical. If you need Real-Time K8s Sync, Post-Quantum cryptography, and Zero-Persistence, choose Ennote.
